Our ideal candidate:
You are among the top graduates of your class and completed your university degree or post-graduate study in a related field (Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, Law or similar).
As the ideal candidate for the Global Graduate Program you should be able to offer:
Relevant work experience, e.g. internship, preferably with an insurance company in a related business function
International experience demonstrated by previous work experience abroad, and a willingness to work outside of your home country
Fluency in written and oral English, plus an understanding of a second language for native English speakers
Affinity for the insurance business
Professional “can do” attitude, flexibility and openness towards a dynamic work environment
Motivation, enthusiasm and drive for success
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complexity
Interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
