The London graduate role will provide excellent experience of the multiple cost and revenue streams operating in a modern day media business, producing both digital and print products. You will gain experience in recording and analysing print and digital advertising revenue, accounting for marketing expenditure through a variety of different mediums, and controlling costs in a creative environment, working very closely with commercial partners.
The Peterborough graduate role will provide excellent experience of the role of corporate finance. This will give you the opportunity to experience the day-to-day financial accounting and control functions that are the engine room and foundation of News International’s finance function. A period within the more technical accounting teams will show how the various elements of key finance metrics come together and are reported within both UK and US accounting standards. Whilst studying for a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA or CIMA), you can expect to obtain excellent experience with the NI Finance team.
