In your second year, you will consolidate your experience at UB by:

Joining our fast-paced and growing international business team, and experience the challenges associated with international transactions and working with a diverse range of products, customers and cultures; and
Becoming a business partner and navigating our commercial teams through the competitive UK marketplace. You will be right at the heart of our strategic decisions and become a trusted business advisor.

Our finance graduates will also be entered into our CIMA Study programme, which provides the support you need to become a Finance professional with a recognised business accounting qualification.

Finally, in year 3, you will be placed in a business role and will also continue with your CIMA studies, as well as producing great results as an individual, and for our business.
